Andersen through the eyes of children

As part of our School's Patron's Day celebrations, in addition to creating a fairy tale fashion show, reading well-known fairy tales aloud and taking part in a fairy tale quiz room, pupils created an interactive version of a fairy tale inspired by the works of Hans Christian Andersen - The Brave Lead Soldier.

Pupils in grades 4 to 7 learned how to design posters, transform these designs into digital versions and create animations of them. In addition, they learned how to record voice and create soundtracks, which we used to create an audiobook in Polish and English.

What is the effect of our actions?

In the end, we are proud to show off the school's gallery of posters which, when scanned with student-generated QR codes, not only come to life but also spin stories in the language of their choice!

In the online version, we invite you to listen to the audiobooks and view a gallery of posters and animations created by students
